Commmittee moved to approve facade and window design and lighting scheme with the understanding that the elevation drawing be amended to reflect the following changes: (1) Approval of the pebblestone clay exterior color scheme option; (2) approval of white window color upon hearing applicant's disclosure that windows had already been purchased; (3) re-introduction of the corner door as a suite entance at the building's SE corner; (4) amendment to the lighting plan to allow for re-introduction of goose-necked lighting fixture over corner door; and, (5) modifications to the south doorway facing Bucyrus Ave. to include interior drywall framing to create a window opening in place of operating doorway. Project sponsor agreed to submit revised elevation drawings to reflect above changes. |
